Today for lunch Quinn suggested going to Pat's BBQ. It was awesome. The three of us that went split a full rack of ribs and a side of pork and beans. For dessert we had the bread pudding. Half way through my fourth rib I knew it was staring me down, but it was just so tasty I had to keep going.As I consider the many places I've eaten and the things I have enjoyed, I think that Pat's has just earned a special place in my heart. It was all I hoped good BBQ could be.
You should try it sometime.
